Title: DGS-1210-16T not working (Link/Act led off)

I have a problem with a DGS-1210-16T. It's a very old switch; it worked very well during several storms although power went down many times.

Yesterday I unplugged its power cord because I needed to move it. When I plugged its power cord, it stopped to work, although Power Led was on and CPU Led was blinking. All Link/Act LEDs was off although network cable was plugged.
I tried to reset configurations, but nothing has changed.

How can I do to fix this problem?
