Title: Serial Number that was previously received from Donet cannot be used again.

Hello, I used to install Add-On Twonky version 2.09 on DNS-320L using the Serial Number that I received from Donet, but today Twonky Server malfunctioned,
so I uninstalled the software first, restarted my NAS and reinstalled Add-On Twonky version 2.09, but the Serial Number  The one I used to receive is no longer usable.
What should I do?
