Title: D-Link M15 3 pack set connection
Post by: ujtordai on February 05, 2022, 11:06:39 PM
Hi all,

I have a simple question.
Can I able to connect the devices to the other with wire?
Can I use it without a non-mesh(I mean standard) router?

thank you in advance.

The 3 pack is pre-configured as 1 unit is in router mode, the other 2 are in Mesh extender mode (WiFi). You can simply connect via Ethernet cable to have them as mesh access points.

If you want to add these 3 to a current router, you just need to configure them in AP mode (I believe - I haven't used these units) and plug in.

Hi,
I used as "main" (set PPPoE connection) item  which labeled "1"
Plug into the LAN port of "main" item an RJ45 and connected to 1000mbps active hub to multiply the connection to my laptop, network printer, and to the upstairs.
At the upstairs, I connect the other two items with wire.
I hope it will work well. :-)

Thank you

Great thank you!
