Title: Cant connect/sync 2nd hand individual DCS-2800LH camera to DCS-2803KT hub

I purchased a 2nd hand DCS-2800LH individual camera to be the 4th camera on my DCS-2803KT home security 3 cam kit.  But I cant connect it?  I've tried many times to sync it with the hub via the app or without the app using the sync button on the hub.

I suspect its because the camera still has the old owners hub settings.

Is there any way I can reset the camera or synch it somehoe with my system?

Did anyone answer your question?  The format of this forum is not easy to follow.  So I'm not sure if I can see replies....
