Since the mentioned server update I cannot use the app anymore.
Up until now I cannot find the new app mentioned. Current version is 3.0.8.
Any suggestions?

The mydlink team is aware of the issue with the mydlink Home app not working with iOS. There will be an update soon.
-
Version 3.0.10 is available now - It is working again.
Thank you all for the support!
-
You beat me to it Mr Navy :)
New version is available - BUT there may be an issue with push notifications not working (which they are looking in to)
-
I can confirm the Home app is now working on both Apple and Android devices again.
Thank you D-Link. ;)

To verify, you have iOS 13 and app version 3.0.11?
I will report it to the mydlink team.
-
3.0.11 was released 12 hours later to fix the push notification issue.
If anyone still has login issues, uninstall the app, reboot your phone/tablet. Reinstall the app and login.

Yes. IOS 13.1.3 and Mydlink Home app 3.0.11
-
Thanks for the verification. I will report it.
EDIT: A tech tested it and even tapping "remember me" he still has to sign in every time.
-
Same for me as well. ;)
-
Furry, what version of iOS?
-
13.3 BETA 2

I received an update to this issue:
With the recent update to the mydlink Home app for iOS, the “save passwords” feature while signing in to the app is not working. Users must enter their mydlink account and password manually whenever they launch the app. To revert the functionality back, a newer version of mydlink Home app will be released soon. We will update the actual release date as soon as possible.

Thank you Sir. ;)

And again the myDLINK Home App is not accessible…
Notifications still work, but no access to the attached devices.
Any Information on server Updates or new App foriOS?
-
Did you update to iOS 15?
I will contact the project management team to see if there are any issues.
-
I have iOS 15 installed on two of my devices - I worked up until today.
Same applies for an older iPhone with iOS 10.3.4 - No joy!
That is why I don‘t assume an iOS Problem

For mydlink.com website.
The mydlink portal will undergo the server maintenance. The mydlink portal and mydlink apps may be temporarily unavailable during this period. If your device still remains offline after server maintenance, please try to reboot your device by unplugging and plugging the power supply. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Maintenance time : 2021/10/19 04:00 - 2021/10/19 06:00
Please try power cycle your devices then do the log in.
-
Thank you for the information.
I can access some of the devices via myDLINK lite and myDLINK+
I cannot log in to MyDLINK Home App
That‘s why I assume a server issue
-
Just to ask have you tired an Android or tablet with the Home app to see if you get the same results?
-
No - Because I don‘t have any android devices
-
Update today: Since this morning the myDLINK Home App is working again on all of my iOS devices.
Would be nice to know the reason behind - I still expect a „server update glitch“ with regards to the login using the app.
Thanks for all the rapid support and replies :)

Thanks for letting everyone know. Will pass it on if anyone else has the issue. :)
