Title: cannot upgrade firmware from v2.11 to v3.11

I have tried repeatedly to upgrade the firmware on my DSR-250 A3 using the common file per instruction. Each time I get a message  telling me that I must use firmware for my router, then it resets the router. Have tried on 2 different PC's using IE, Chrome, and Firefox browsers and get same results each time. Any idea what I must do to upgrade? Thanks...
