Title: Firmware Upgrade

I manage my DIR-868L router remotely via IP.  Recently, without my knowledge, the firmware was upgraded.  Now I cannot save anything.  it just gets stuck on the "saving settings" screen.  Any ideas?

• What Hardware version is your router? Look at sticker under the router case.
• Link>What Firmware (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=47512.0) version is currently loaded? Found on the routers web page under status.
• What region are you located?

Internet Service Provider and Modem Configurations

• What ISP Service do you have? Cable or DSL?
• What ISP Modem Mfr. and model # do you have?

What browser are you using? Try IE11, FF or Opera. You may need someone on-site to help you set up the router again...
