Can you please tell me why the link speed is suppose to be over 100Mbit while the throughput won't go over 43Mbit? Link quality 96-100(mostly 100)% Signal strength 1 60-62dbm and signal strength 2 68-70dbm.
0 Frames failed to recieve ack after all retries.
All this durring a constant upload speed of 1.4-1.5Mb per sec(10-15Mbit).
got a Dir-635 and a DWA-140.

Probably I'm not the best to answer this, but anyway.
The best I could get with this same hardware was
8.1 MB/s download
6.5 MB/s upload
connected to my NAS. And this obviously quite far from the standard.
I can only recommend you to use WPA2 Security with AES and if its possible in that router, set the Channel width to Auto, instead on 20 MHz only.
Good luck.
