Title: Dial Out Using Skype Software

I haven't bought a DPH-50 yet.  I am wondering if I can dial out using the Skype software, or do I have to use the phone that is connected to the DPH-50 to dial out.

you can dial out from the skype program by clicking on the contact name and then turning on the phone
or you can dial from the phone.
