				Good morning. I can't connect to my 933L camera using my cellphone data service. I can only connect using wifi. I get a could not reconnect to the device message. I was referred to dlink upper tier tech but haven't get a response.

- What Hardware version is your DCS? Look at the sticker behind or under the camera.
 - Link>What Firmware (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=47512.0) version is currently loaded? Found on the DCSs web page under status.
 - What region are you located?
