I wouldn't for-see any issues, if that is what you are asking about.

They'll both have their own IP and act independently.

New egg @79
new egg 3rd party Refurb @59 (maybe returned units like your original one that couldn't do a non powered usb drive,or people who couldn't set them up).

I have installed a 2nd DNR-202L on the same router and everything is fine.

I even installed a 4 TB WD Ultra Passport drive (no external power supply), and it shows 3.8 TB.

Your original DNR-202L had something going on with it.  :(
