ive had this camera mounted at a dentist office my wife works at outside for 3 years right on the wall no eve no over hang nothing exposed to all weather heat and cold snow and rain and only thing i did to it during the install was put a piece of electric tape over the cat5 port that is it . So just wanted to let everyone know just how good this cam is that it can even be used outside and still keep going...

What Mfr and model # host router do you have?
What distances from the main host router are you looking at?
