- What Hardware version is your modem? Look at the sticker under modem.
 - Link>What Firmware (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=47512.0) version is currently loaded? Found on the modems web page under status.
 - What region are you located?

Review the user manual to see if there is any remote management features that can be disabled. Usually there is a check box to enable or disable it. Maybe located in or around the Administration or Maintenance menu sections.

				Firmware Version: ME_1.02
Hardware Version: V2
I'm in South Africa
I used to be able to disable it under either Advanced->Remote Management or Maintenance with previous routers.
I cannot find it anywhere on this router.

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please.

I disabled ACS under  Advanced->Network Tools->TR-069, which seemed to have fixed my issue. Although not instantly, so I am not sure if this was it.
Anyway, working now.
