I am in the USA.

The firmware is at: http://support.dlink.com/ProductInfo.aspx?m=DHP-701AV (http://support.dlink.com/ProductInfo.aspx?m=DHP-701AV)

The utility is posted at: http://support.dlink.com/ProductInfo.aspx?m=DHP-701AV (http://support.dlink.com/ProductInfo.aspx?m=DHP-701AV)

The utility has no documentation so I have no idea how to use it to upgrade firmware.

I've asked my contact at D-link to review this. I don't know when something will be done for web site information.

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this so you can find out what the process is. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.

If your DHP is working, I recommend - "if it works, don't fix it!"
Let us know how it goes please if you find out the proces.

The firmware is easy to update.
Run the PLC software and click one of the adapters, then connect or configure.
You will get a second menu which Firmware update as n option.

For me anyways. Even though I can see all my units I can't only see to connect to the one which my computer is connected to. So I have to switch them around and do each one separately. It might be different you.
