Title: setup wizard can't be opened on mac

I made sure the security settings were set to allow all apps. But it still won't install. Any ideas?

Finally got this to install. Downloaded the latest software update for the operating system and it finally allowed me to open it despite not being an "approved" app. The version I was running on before more than met the minimum standards. Not sure why the update fixed it.

What OSX version do you have on the Mac?  ???
