- What Hardware version is your router? Look at sticker under the router case.
- Link>What Firmware (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=47512.0) version is currently loaded? Found on the routers web page under status.
- What region are you located?
- Are you wired or wireless connected to the router?

Hi
Hardware version A1
Firmware 1.01B46_ww
Located in UAE
Wired connection
I tried the Recovery mode but there is no way to get any feedback from the router ,means Recovery mode not works with router .

update :
I did the flash "erase all " command using CLI without touching the protected sector and now the POWER icon of the router is totally off

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please.

update 2 : I already contact the D-link support and they were really helpful ,they told me that IF i didn't do the "Erase all" that they can fix my issue withe 2 min , the main issue was only reassign the host !, but since I "erase all" every thing I have to send my router back to them to have a look physically but no guarantee.
