Hello,
I had to re-arrange and before everything was working fine and now my router is disconnected. I have the SurfBoard SB5101 and I have a Dlink DIR-815 router and my PC is a PC that was built so it does not have a proper brand and/or model.
This is how I have it connected. From SB5101-->DIR-815 to the blue 1 port using the blue cable than DIR-815-->PC and on the router it is the internet port using the white cable.
I tried to ping in CMD but it failed. General failure.
I also tried the troubleshooting in Windows, but Local Area Connection doesn't have a valid IP configuration.
Any help I would appreciate. Thank you,
