I am a technical person -  and I have tried everything I can think of. I tried with 3 different browsers (chrome, IE, Firefox), Active-X and the latest version of Java and 2 on different machines. Every time I export a video from the interface - after I perform the cue-in and cue-out - the resulting .avi file play sback at like 1/2 or 1/4 speed. The audio is sloooow and the video is slooow. I saw another post in this forum http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=58298.0 with the same issue - but this member HEX EDITED the AVI - that is not a solution. Has anyone seen this? Can you assist?
Thank You

Hello - Is this forum even active? I even opened a tech support case - no response.

WHERE IS DLINK SUPPORT - GUESS WHAT DLINK - YOU'RE DONE - I am switching all over to Netgear, your products and your support is horrible. I have been a loyal customer of DLINK for many years. No longer.

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please.
