So I just got a DAP 1522 that I want to use with my DIR 655 router.

The purpose of it is to be used to connect to a CCTV DVR system so I can access the cameras online wherever I am for remote surveillance.

 My issue is this:

I was able to connect the 1522 and the 655 together using the push button, but I need to forward ports for the online viewing to work. When I go into the 655's control panel, it doesn't see the DAP as a wireless client so I cant forward the ports. I have no clue what to do, please help. Leaving for vacation soon need to have it done before I leave.

 Thank you.

There is no use to forward the ports to the DAP as it acts as a transparent client bridge that passes all traffic through.
You need to forward the ports to the IP of your CCTV DVR system, the DAP doesn't matter.

				Thanks for the reply.

I forwarded the ports on my DIR 655's control panel and I still cannot seem to access it?

The 192.168.0.101 IP assigned to the DVR doesn't show up on the router as one of the connect PCs, is this OK?

				It all works now.

 Thanks! Your suggestion solved it.
