It's under event setup.

You first have to make sure motioin detection is enabled (and save settings). Also in Event Setup define a server which can sendout the emails (smtp), a media (picture or movie) that will be recorded and an Event (like Video motion detection) which will trigger the media to be taken and sent. In Event dont forget to "enable this event" and set a schedule and Action (activating the server you did set before) and the media it should attach to the email.

I had quiet a hard time setting this up myself. It is really not that easy. I still seem to miss some things, like for example I always get two emails, one with the picture and one with just an alarm note "Event. Motion detected". I still didn't find out how to get rid of the alarm note.
