Title: DIR-655 ShellShock vulnerability
Post by: dustfinger on September 26, 2014, 03:37:02 PM
Hi,
Is DIR-665 running on linux? If so, then does it use bash? I want to know if my DIR-665 A3 version 1.37 is vulnerable to shellshock exploit. I can't find any info in the user manual that would tell me if it was running on linux. I can't seem to find any info via google searches either.

Sincerely,
dustfinger

Would you confirm the router model? Do you mean a DIR-655? There was no Rev A3 DIR-665 with v1.37 available.

Hi,

When I login to the admin panel I see the following text in the header:
On the upper left hand corner:
Product Page: DIR-655
In the upper right hand corner:
Hardware Version: A3
Firmware Version: 1.37NA

Sincerely,

dustfinger
