Title: Release notes for v1.04 firmware?

does anyone know what is included in the v1.04 firmware update?  Why doesn't DLink make it a policy to include release notes with the firmware update so that it is easy to decide if I need to install it?

I found it on the Russian FTP:

There's also a Release notes document.

1. Support EN300 328 v1.8.1.
2. Upgrade mydlink agent to v2.0.17-B81.

Problems Fixed:
Fix HTTP/HTTPS authentication issue for specific symbol password by upgrading lighttpd server.
