Title: Is the DNS-345 being replaced?
Post by: Leathal on August 23, 2014, 06:56:57 AM
The pages for the DNS-345 on the US and Canadian site are no longer available. Is it being replaced, if so what's is being replaced with?

Thanks,

D-Link is releasing a new 4-bay ShareCenter called the DNS-340L. I don't necessarily believe that this is a replacement as this new model has a lower model number and doesn't have an LCD display.  The user manual and specifications are available on http://tsd.dlink.com.tw/

. . . Time will tell.

The DNS-340L will be released in the US early next year (I believe) and we'll be adding a support board at that time.
How do you like the new unit?
