Title: dcs5222l Privacy mode

Hi Im a new owner of a DCS 5222L  with the 2.01B05 firmware.  I cannot enable privacy mode, if i check the box and update,  the cam returns to disabled, have tried many times,   is there a fix for this?

Are you using the remote? This must be hardware version B?

I have h/w A. I gave up on privacy mode for some reason last year.   I just point the cameras up.

Yes it is rev B, and rev B units are not supplied with remotes
