How can I can hear audio in Multi-speed playback?

I want to detect the spoken blocks on a continuous recorded stream, without replaying everything in normal speed. This takes me hours and hours per day!!!
What can I best do? Which other software can possibly detect these  spoken blocks in for instance the exported files (ASF or AVI)???
