				I just bought a new Dlink dsl 2750u modem+router.
 I have a 3 TB Seagate hdd that I want to connect to the router via usb.
 the router's F/W is IN_1.08
 
 now how can I connect my usb hdd to the router and access it on my laptop over wifi?
 plz explain it step by step.

 - What region are you located?
 
 I recommend that you review the User Manual for information regarding this. Also phone contact your regional D-Link support office for additional help.

 Replace the 192.168.0.1 with 192.168.1.1 for DSL modems.

 i enabled samba on my router but still cant access my hdd
 but when i attached my pendrive to the router it worked smoothly
 
 i m using seagate backup plus 3TB.
 does it support?

				You'll need to phone contact D-Link support and ask them what there DSL Model modems support. Most DIR series routers only officially support 500Gb with NTFS formatting. If the small sized pendrive worked, I presume that 3Tb may not be supported.
