I have my 930l five feet away from my new wireless router.  I have the camera configured to recieve a ip address from my router.  Camera is configured and works fine when I view it locally, eg point my browser to 192.168.whatever.  Motion is fine, and the images never freeze.

Ihave my router set up to port forward to the camera, and use a http redirect set up thorugh NoIP to map a domain name to the IP address of my router.  This works fine.

The problem is when I connect using the domain name, and when there is motion in the room, e.g ppl walking around, the video will be normal for approximately 8-10 seconds, then freeze for anywhere from 3-5 seconds then resume normal video, then occasionally freeze again for 3-5 seconds.

I am trying to figure out what is causing the delay but no clue how to do it.
Viewing using Active x or Java results in the same freezing behavior.
Using IE/Firefox/Chrome results in same freezing behavior.
Using different PCs results in seeing the same freezing behavior.

Any suggestions on how to narrow down the problem would be greatly appreciated.
