Title: slow DWA-125
Post by: arnec on July 17, 2013, 06:17:26 PM
I am running a wireless network with a D-Link ADSL2+Modem (DSL-520B,) a D-Link DIR-601 router connected to a Windows 7 machine with sp1 and a D-Link DWA-125 receiver on Windows xp Home Edition Version 2002, sp3. The "advertised" speed of 150 Mbps is seldom met, generally only after I reinstall the DWA-125 receiver. Then the receiver slows to 72 Mbps.

Any ideas how to fix this problem?

What is the reported connection speed seen on the DIR-601 under Status/Wireless?
Ensure that you are using the latest 125 drivers from D-Links main web site.
