Out of extreme frustration with four DSC-2132L cameras failing for operate nearly as well as the DSC-932L's, I have tried reaching dLink TS.   After pressing 2 then 2, the next phone tree never responds.  So I'm unable to wait the usual 30-60 minutes for an agent to answer.
I've tried at various times from three phones and cannot get through.

I will ask D-Link if there is an issue.  :-\

Thank you.  By "never responding" it means that pressing option 2, then 2 results in more choices, but the third tree, where on must press "5" for the proper support, does not respond.   It acts as if one never pressed a key, and the menu keeps asking for a key response.
If it weren't for the many issues with the defective DCS-2132L model, I wouldn't be calling them.

I was told that earlier this month, changes were made requiring customers listen to all phone options before making a selection.  Pressing routing options before the message completed playing would not work. I'm not sure if this change addresses what you are referring to.

Pressing 2 2 5 1 now works.  Will call them later.

Thanks for the update, as long as everything is working properly now...  ;)
