The ONLINE documentation I can not find the information

The 320L is compatible Windows 8?

The DNS-320L should be OS agnostic, meaning that the device has it's own OS and operates independently from any PC/device on the network.  The device is managed via a web interface, accessible through an Internet browser.  Storage/files on the DNS0320L are accessed by the PC through mapping a network drive, again, independent of any particular OS.
