My DCS-5300G finally died after about 6 years of use. At first, the little mini-wireless card was making a hissing noise. If i removed it, the hissing stopped. Its also had a heat issue for some time now, the bottom would get pretty hot. Then it just died completely. Upon closer inspection the main circuit board (the one that holds the mini-wireless card, not the board that controls the motor) has faint scorch marks on it.
So i need the main circuit board and a wireless card. I emailed dlinks spare parts request page and got a response saying that the product is discontinued they do not have spare parts any more. I looked online and cant find anything. Does anybody know where i can acquire spare parts for the DCS-5300G
