				Hello
My wireless is working just fine with my laptop however the handheld PC won't connect. I suspect it is because I set my DIR 655 to WPA2 instead of WPA when I first set-up the wireless network.
I would like to change WPA2 to WPA on the existing wireless network.
I am unable to reach a location on http://192.168.0.1 to do so. Here is what I see. I would appreciate any help.
Step 1. I go to http://192.168.0.1
Step 2. I sucessfully log in as admin
Step 3. Go to setup & go to wireless settings
Step 4. I see following 3 options: A) Wireless Network Setup Wizard, B) Add Wireless Device with WPS, & C) Manual Wireless Network Setup.
I was hoping to see the option of WPA/WPA2 after executing setp 3. I would appreciate any help.
BTW my hardware version is A4, and Firmware version is 1.20
Thanks

On the manual wireless setup page there is a section for choosing WPA/WPA2.  I tried to uplaod a capture of what it looks like but it wouldn't let me.  Its toward the bottom of the page.

				Hello
Thanks for taking the time to reply.
I have not tried clicking the "Manual Wireless Network Setup" because it cautions that the existing wireless setup will get destroyed. That scared me away as I don't want to loose the existing network.
Am I interpretting DIR's warning incorrectly?
Can I modify the existing wireless network through "Manual Wireless Network Setup option"? I suppose I can create a new one, with a different SSID and the existing SSID will get destroyed on its own. Please confirm my thoughts on this too if possible?
Thanks again

Well I just went ahead and went into the manual option and was able to change to WPA mode.  My SSID was still the same, maybe it over-wrote it. It works now. Thanks a lot for the help
