Has anyone successfully set this NAS up with an Xbox 360 and had it work to stream music or video?  If so what format is it encoded in?  I have my DNS-343 setup as a Raid-5 w/ 4 x 1TB drives, EXT3 file system.  I have setup the drive through the configuration page and I can see the videos listed on the X-box, however when I try and play a video I get an error.  This also happens when I try and view a JPG image or try to listen to an MP3.  Someone who has set this up and been successful, I would appreciate any suggestions you have.

 Thanks in advance.

I have the exact same problem with my DNS-321.  All of the files show up on the xbox but nothing, not music, videos, or pics will work.  I can watch videos and listen to music on my computers from the DNS-321 but not the xbox.  I have a new 360 if that matters...  Also I am using a DI-624 router.
