How can I configure VNC with my Mac computer behind the router?

I already enable port 5900 and 5901 and still its not working.

How to assign a port range?

Help!

take a look at this walk through:

http://www.portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/Dlink/DIR-655/Tight_VNC.htm

its for the 655, but it still applies to the 825.
