Not sure if this is a PS3 problem or how the DNS-321 recognizes playlists. Do playlists need to be formatted a certain way for the DNS-321 to recognize them? I can see playlists on my PS3 through the DNS-321, but when I select one, it does not show any tracks.

when you click on the playlist located on your NAS from say Windows Media Player 11 are you able to playback the tracks? If the playlist was originally created and stored locally on the PC with the music it will show a different file path then where it is now located on the NAS if it was moved from the original location which may be why you are unable to play the tracks. Try creating a new playlist from the files location on the NAS.

Yes, I can play the NAS playlist on my PC. Looking at the contents of the file, the playlist contains the folder structure (no drive letter) and the filename which is identical on both the PC and on the NAS.
