Title: BitTorrent Redownloading a finish file after shutdown and restart

After I Download the Bit torrent File and it finish. I shutdown the DNS-323 and restart and when it restart it start to download the File again even though it in the completed file folder already downloaded anyone else having that problem?

No. Never seen this problem at all.
