Title: Need help connecting internet

Hey I just bought the DIR-655 and when I try to install the router it says that it does find the router for the internet but no internet connection. How do I fix this? Thanks

Lets start at the beginning, how are you connected to the internet?

Also when you log in to your router's User Interface go to the status and and see if you're pulling a WAN IP. If so try to temporarily disable your windows firewall or any anti-virus software and try again.
