Title: Installation Wizard cannot find DCS-5300G please help!

Hi I have a new camera (DCS-5300G ana B2)

I tried to find it using installation wizard 1.5, 1.7, 1.9, 1.11

Nothing appears to work, I need a solution ASAP... can anyone help me with this please?

NOTE: I had the same camera before and it worked perfectly but we had to change it because it has been damaged.
NOTE 2: I have to do it remotely since I'm in North America and the camera is in Paris.

Please help!

Well I got it to work connecting the camera directly to the computer with a cross wire then I changed the ip address and from there I was good to go...
