Title: Cannot see drives after firmware update

hi,

Just updated my driver from 1.07 to 1.09. I already had data on the RAID 1 part of the drive. Now the search utility cannot find the drives. I cannot see them in explorer and I am worried that where my data is.

The torrent files I had for download are downloading.... but where I don't know.

Is there anyway I can see the drives?

Did you do a factory reset after the firmware upgrade? If not, do that.

Yes, you have to do a factory reset of the device after a firmware upgrade.
