Title: Dir-855 - Shareport not working

Hi all,

I am living in Ireland, using the DIR-855 along with a DSL-320B adsl modem to connect to the Internet. I tried today for the first time to enable shareport, but it just doesn't work, it either can't see the router or the device connected. I 've tried both versions 1.15 and the new version 3. My Hardware Version is A2 and I am using Firmware Version: 1.12EU which seems to be the latest in the .uk site. I mainly bought this router for this shareport ability, so it's quite essential for me to work. Any help is appreciated.

Shareport seems to be a very rudimentary app that only really works well with simple file transfers using windows explorer. At least for me. There is a shareport thread, you should probably look there, many people are having the same problems trying to do more than this with shareport.

Did you install the shareport software???
When not, it's not working.
