Title: Issue with accessing files and folders

Hi,

I have a second issue,

I am using vista ultimate with a dns 323 with firmware v 1.09.

once I access the Nas, if i click on one of my folders, it takes about 30 seconds to access it and then opens the folder, alternatively, sometimes it times out.

If I try and copy files to or from the nas, it always times out.

the result is that i can effectively not use the Nas from this machine.  programs like picasa just hang when they try and reference the pictures.

I have two other machines, one with ubuntu and one with windows 7 and they both work fine.

Please help, I am at my wits end.

If you run ping tests to your NAS device, is there any packet loss or high latency?
