Odd. Other users with simular amounts of post didn't lose their rank. Maybe because both of you and Furry are "Powerusers". Hehe..::hums powerranger theme song::

No, it's actually a new feature on the forum indicating battery level if you're using a laptop. One bar left, I should plug-in.  ;D

Wow, I didn't even know my desktop had a battery, and here I am at 5 bars. Awsome!

On a more serious note, anyone have any experience with Ubuntu and Ipods? I am familiar with Ubuntu, but have always used my Ipods with my PC's. She is having a issue dragging and dropping from laptop to Ipod while using programs. She can drag and drop from Ipod folder to Ipod folder. She can drag and drop from main drive to ipod from computers file system. And she can Sync the ipod from the program. But she can't drag and drop programs, in her music program stored on her harddrive, to her Ipod. No error, they just don't appear there.

Im in the midst of researching it, but wonder if anyone has experience with it?

So who on here plays XBL besides Furry and what do you all play?
I mostly play COD, black ops, I play some MW2 on rare occasions.  I started playing the BF3 beta but its only one map, so it will get boring fast. I plan on buying MW3 and BF3.

Now if only it was on Newegg and not CompUSA.  :D :D

I don't know though. This might sound odd, but does anyone else get drained of helping people with problems sometimes? Seems my entire existence is just that. ::scratch head:: And it gets tiresom when your the go to guy for PC issues, but when you have a problem, its crickets and blank stares.  Maybe I need to take a break away the different forums I am on. It has me really grumpy latly. I know its way off topic, but anyone have any tips in refueling the batteries so to speak?

I can totally understand that.  Definitely take a break from the forums and even this one.....but just post in the OT thread.   ;)

Yea, thats kind of what I am doing. No long posts at least. Just keeping it light. Now if only RL problems were as easy to fix as network problems. heh

But yea, I just got a Xbox 360 XS. I play GOW3 and Fallout 3. I play other games on the PS3 though.

Yeah I am broke after pre ordering MW3 and BF3, I have GOW 1 and 2 and never played it more than 5 minutes.  How is GOW3?  I heard its real good.  I will have to play some GOW2 and see how I like it.

::edited to remove immature rant::

http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/product?product=4083969&lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en&lang=en&cc=us

Connected USB direct to PC now, but want to be able to access it when computer is off from network. Have it wireless connected to network, set a DHCP reservation(192.168.1.5) and put it in the DMZ for kicks. I have the computers OS firewall and AV disabled. I can ping the IP, I can access it's interface from webbrowser, and I can see it when OS scans for printers, but can't find the driver. When using the HP software, it can't find the printer at all. Ran the HP Network Utility, and all it saw was the old printer (I assume some software left on desktop that still has the port set to listening?). I ran MS update, and it was unable to find the driver. Any suggestions?

Have you downloaded the driver and attempted to extract the drivers into a folder then do a manual PNP and point to the drivers that were extracted by chance?

I can't find the driver. That is the issue. There website calls it a "driver" but in reality its a installation program. When I search the entire folder, I find only one autorun.ini and windows does not reconize it as full driver.
