Rsync without password prompt

Hi all,
I have 2 DNS323 boxes. One has 2 * 500GB drives as Raid1 (A), and the other 2*2TB as raid1 (B)
I would like to backup A to B using rsync and cron.
I am happy with all the options and using it locally, and am getting confused on password settings/methods.

Can anyone point me to a 'simple' guide in how to rsync to B from A and have it run from cron overnight. Again I am happy with cron syntax, it is just how the passwords work for rsync.

A few of questions to help my understanding of what you are trying to do.
1) where are the rsync and cron programs running?
2) do you have a fixed IP for each NAS box?
3) how are the NAS boxes connected - a network switch or a router box?
