Multiple DCS 2120 Issues / DCS 5220 - Emails
« on: September 08, 2010, 07:22:04 AM »

I have 3 dcs 2120 to cover different areas of the house and 1 dcs 5220.

All are setup correctly and able to send emails on motion.  The issue is they all can't be on to send emails.   I done extensive tests where if all units are on, the first unit that powers on can send motion detection emails and logs    If I turn the first unit off, the one of the remaining three are able to send motion detection emails and logs.

So basically as I turn units off, email will start to work.   Does these unit lock on to a certain port and not let go ?  Or is this design to work like that ?  These units are behind a FIOS router.. did not work when I was on cable modem either.

I do have different IPS for them, tried different dns, tried different smtp mail servers, none of it have effect on getting at least 2 units to send emails out at once.

Recording with the dlink software works but I really want motion detection emails.
