Title: Help can't access to control panel

I visited "http://192.168.1.1" I try accessing my control panel using a lot of methods including "admin" as the username and "admin" for password.
reset button doesn't fix the problem but therefor it makes it even worse, it changes my network name to random numbers and letters and even the password changes to one I don't know, and then I will not be able to connect to my own wifi due to that change, at this time I need to wait days and somehow the changes automatically comes back to its normal form, so I can't use the reset button as it can't help me to fix the problem.

I have DSL-G256DG router

Any help would be appreciated :)

If you reset the modem, the PW should be nothing, blank.

If you reset the modem, the PW should be nothing, blank. No it is secured with password.

Is this modem from a retail store or from a Internet provider?

It is from the Internet provider

Please contact the ISP about this modem. Some ISPs handle the FW loaded on D-Link hardware.
