[Add-on] Joomla v3.6.5

[Description]
Joomla is a free and open-source content management system (CMS) for publishing web content. It is built on a model–view–controller web application framework that can be used independently of the CMS.
Joomla is written in PHP, uses object-oriented programming (OOP) techniques and software design patterns, stores data in a MySQL, MS SQL, or PostgreSQL database, and includes features such as page caching, RSS feeds, printable versions of pages, news flashes, blogs, search, and support for language internationalization.
As of November 2016, Joomla! has been downloaded over 78 million times. Over 7,800 free and commercial extensions are available from the official Joomla! Extension Directory, and more are available from other sources. It is estimated to be the second most used content management system on the Internet, after WordPress.

sfynx:
Ok i get it need the ports open, seems like my problem now is i'm still behind isp router, need to figure out how to port forward on that thing first, thanks for the help

sfynx:
Ok, so i managed to portforward on my isp router, and also enabled portforwarding (virtual server) on my router (TP-Link) TL-WR1043ND, i can now access my dns 320l, but it only works for the configuration page of the NAS, so if i type poramor.dlinkddns.com i end up on the login page of the sharecenter, supposedly typing poramor.dlingddns.com:83 should end up on joomla page, since i already followed a tutorial for changing joomla port to 83, and it was previously working on LAN, now it does not work either way =( maybe i'm still missing something, got the same issue for owncloud, but will ask there in order not to mess up posts.
