Captive Portal - Not Available

Hello Everyone,

I do not see Captive Portal option on my DSR-250N I'm running firmware v.2.11. Is there a possibility that D-Link has removed this option in their new firmware upgrade i.e 2.11? Or I'm missing something. Please Help!

  • What region are you located?

Did you recently upgrade to v2.11 from a prior version?

I presume if it was there in a prior version and is not missing, possible that D-Link removed it. I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
