Dlink DDNS Service - Hostname query
« on: January 06, 2020, 12:31:26 PM »

Hi,
I have Dlink DIR 615 Router Region Asia. Long back I signed up for Dlink Free DDNS Service and verified my device details as well.
If I delete my hostname say abc.domain and after deletion is successful can I create a new hostname say pqr.domain under free account?
Is such a feature allowed or once you delete you can not create a new hostname?
Currently only 1 free hostname is allowed.
Thanks.

I presume you would have to configure the Free DNS account information for a new hostname. Not sure. I would contact the support line for the free dns service and ask this.
