DCS-920 on iPad (and iPhone)
« on: December 07, 2012, 10:36:11 AM »

Step 1: Install CamViewer for IP Webcams on your iPad, iPhone, etc.
Step 2: Configure Address as - http://my.camera.ip.address/image.jpg
           For me that was: http://192.168.1.83/image.jpg
           found at http://www.lavrsen.dk/foswiki/bin/view/Motion/DLink
in subsection: D-Link DCS-920 net camera

Even though it says JPG, Camviewer shows video, presumably a continuous
stream of JPGs being sent over my home Wifi.

You can control the camera settings the 'normal way', but using Safari
or Chrome on the iPhone/iPad, and selecting the device by entering
its IP address on browser address bar.  I was not able to see the video
feed in the browser though.
