dcs 2121 video not showing

i have installed one dcs topic at home, its working fine now i am outside the country when i try to watch over the ip that video then its showing the color bar like fluctuating video .  and getting noisy audio. i am using windows 7 and it opens in java.
is there any body who can help in this topic
